The Peace Bracelet

Peace Bracelet

When Rev. Phran was studying in the seminary to become the Peace Minister she is today, there were 12 peace prayers (see each prayer below) that the seminarians were required to say as their Office. These 12 prayers originated in 1986 from the 12 major religions, when a conclave was called in Assisi, Italy. The idea was to find the unity in the religions – not the differences.

Reverend Phran meditated on each individual prayer to perceive a single attribute. That attribute was researched and a crystal or stone was found that held that meaning. And thus, the Peace Bracelet was born! To further enhance the bracelet, small silver and gold spacer beads were placed between the groups of crystals and stones. The result: Every part of the bracelet holds meaning. The gold and silver beads represent masculine and feminine energy. The cord on which it is strung serves to remind us that we are all connected through our center.

Wear and share the importance of peace – order your peace bracelet today! Reverend Phran makes each one by hand. With the bracelet, you will also receive a card containing the attribute of each crystal and stone, the religion connected to each, and the actual peace prayers. ($35, includes shipping and handling)

Praise be to the Lord of the Universe, who has created us and made us into tribes and nations that we may know each other, not despise each other.

Baha'i

Be a breath of life unto the body of humankind, a dew upon the soil of the human heart, and a fruit upon the tree of humility.

Sikh

Know that we attain God when we love, and only that victory endures in consequence of which no one is defeated.
